Accessing Downtown Raleigh Part 1: I-87 – New Bern Connector
Access from Eastern Wake County to Downtown Raleigh is lacking. The addition of a 1 mile connector arterial from the current interchange of I-87 and I-440 to New Bern Ave could go a long way in connecting the East. Triangle Transit Plan
